All shipping is conducted through Royal Mail - first class delivery service.
If you would like to have your item sent to be signed for or on tracked delivery then this will increase the cost of the postage and you must email us beforehand so that we are able to look into and provide you with a quote for that cost so you can include it in the album purchase price.
We cannot be sure of exact shipping times for each country. All items will be sent out within 3 days of ordering and if you would like us to ask for an approximate shipping time when sending, please email or include a note in your order and we will do that for you.

We will retain a proof of posting receipt for every order we send out which we can send you photographic evidence for if required.
Any loss of items in the post is the fault of the Royal Mail delivery service and therefore we will not accept any responsibility for this.
CDs will be sent in padded envelopes to ensure no damage is likely to occur - any damage that does occur is therefore the fault of royal mail and compensation must be sought from them directly.
